I only paint what gives me joy and I want anyone that purchases a piece, or receives one as a gift, to feel that joy. I truly mean it when I say: “From my heart, through my hand”.

I work closely with a fine art printer to offer only the highest quality prints of my paintings. All prints are produced using archival inks on 100% cotton paper or giclee prints on stretched canvas. The paper prints are suitable for framing and are offered in sizes to fit widely available ready-made frames. Giclee canvas prints are the very highest quality and ready to hang.

If upon receipt, if there has been damage during shipping or you are not delighted with your purchase, please get in contact with me right away at queenpeterine@gmail.com and we will work out a solution. I’m not Walmart trying to empty my warehouse, I want you to love what I create. If you’re not happy with your purchase let me know.

That said, unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on custom personalized pieces.

Shipping Policies

First, please note that all my prices include shipping to the continental US. This makes it easier and saves you from disappointment when you realize that shipping makes your purchase too expensive for your budget.

I always contact my customers when an order is received to acknowledge your order, confirm any special requests, and verify when you should anticipate receipt of your order. I want purchasing from Queen of Hearts Studio to be a happy experience for you.

I promise to ship your package within 3 business days of receipt of your order. I ship via UPS or Fed Ex, because I can provide you with a tracking number. I will send you the tracking number, via email, as soon as your package is shipped and the expected arrival date. Remember, UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

Please note that shipping to a P.O. box must be done via US Postal Service.

ONE AND TWO DAY SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE AND SUBJECT TO THE SHIPPER’S COST. IF YOU NEED QUICKER SHIPPING, PLEASE TELL ME AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE AND I WILL CONTACT FEDEX IMMEDIATELY. I DON’T WANT YOU TO BE DISAPPOINTED.

Gift enclosures with your special message are available, again, just let me know.

Privacy Policy

I will add your email to my contact list to alert you to upcoming events. I don’t subscribe to any email marketing service and would NEVER share ANY of your information with anyone. Period.
